There's nothing like a slightly thick, pureed soup to warm and fill you on a crisp autumn or cold winter day.  The 'creaminess' of our soups comes from caramelizing onions in a bit of olive oil, then pureed to deliver that a thickness some people might mistake for cream.  Perfect if you’re trying to maintain or lose weight – keep one of these in the fridge all week for a quick snack or pick-me-up!
